1. Seychelles IBC registration and preparing all the primary documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Resolution for appointment of Director and allocation of shares, Share Certificate(s), transfer Forms.
2. Registration fee for the Seychelles government.
3. A full set of copies of the primary documents with Notary certification and Apostille legalization.
